Durum Industrial REIT owns and operates a portfolio of 19 industrial properties totaling over 629,000 square feet across 11 markets in Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. The REIT operates as a continuous acquisition vehicle, deploying investor capital into its LP structure to expand the portfolio and pursue asset value growth over time.
