Parvis enters agreement for future public listing on TSXV as PVIS

In November 2022, we entered into an amalgamation agreement with Gravitas II Capital Corp. (TSXV: GII.P) for a listing on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV). Gravitas II is the 3rd largest active capital pool company (CPC) listed on the TSXV by cash raised and is led by the same senior investment banking professionals as Gravitas Securities. We are pleased to be working with Gravitas II, as the CPC will provide Parvis with $3M, propelling our growth towards becoming Canada’s leading real estate investment platform. We anticipate the transaction to be finalised in February 2023 and have reserved the ticker PVIS.
